Lady Gaga plants a kiss on Paul McCartney as she slips into dominatrix outfit at Grammys .

She may have shunned the red carpet at tonight’s Grammys, but Lady Gaga didn’t disappoint in an outfit as bizarre as ever.

And Paul McCartney, 69, certainly seemed to appreciate her interesting attire as the pair caught up inside the awards ceremony.
25-year-old Gaga was seen planting a big kiss on The Beatles singer’s cheek, as he feigned a shocked face and held her hand.

Gaga was draped in a mesh bodysuit which also covered her face and had a long train that was attached to her hand.
She wore a black and gold plastic dominatrix-style corset over the sheer number, and also carried a large gold sceptre as a prop.
The Born This Way singer was sat next to country music couple Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert to watch the awards show.
A tender kiss: Paul also smooched up a storm with his wife Nancy, who he married four months ago after four years of dating

And while the three smiled for pictures, Shelton and Lambert were also spotted looking slightly awkward as Gaga’s eyes bore into them when they took their seats.
Gaga was seen catching up with jazz legend Tony Bennett and musician John Legend as she arrived at the event, after avoiding the glare of the paparazzi on the red carpet and heading straight inside the Staples Center, where the show is being held.
She also missed out on the red carpet festivities at last year’s Grammys, although that time it was for the sake of her shocking performance.

Gaga performed her number one hit Born This Way at 2011’s ceremony, and in keeping with the theme of her song, she could be seen hatching from an egg as she sang onstage.
The egg contained an oxygen tank, which meant that Gaga remained inside it until she was ready to be ‘born’.
Gaga also performed at the biggest awards show in music in 2010, duetting with Elton John.

The two performed Gaga's hits Poker Face and Speechless, as well as the Elton John classic Your Song.
McCartney was dressed for tonight’s event in a cream tuxedo jacket, white shirt and black trousers.
After catching up with Gaga, he was seen taking his seat and sharing a kiss with his wife Nancy Shevell – this time on the lips.

The brunette, who married McCartney four months ago after four years of dating, sweetly rested her head on her husband’s shoulder.
The couple posed for pictures with musician Joe Walsh and his wife Marjorie Bach, who they were seated next to for the event.
It was something of a family affair for the foursome, as Marjorie’s sister Barbara is married to Ringo Starr, McCartney’s former band mate.
